Individual businesses have different financial needs, and the SBA has numerous types of financing available to service these needs.  Centinel specializes in most types of SBA loans.  These various loan types are summarized below:

7(a) Loans   (Regular Term Loans)
Due to its flexibility, this is the most widely used of the SBA loan programs.  It provides permanent financing for virtually any business purpose including real estate purchases, construction, equipment purchases, business acquisitions and working capital.   Loan amounts of up to $2,000,000 with terms of up to 25 years are available.

504 Loans   (Fixed Asset Purchases)
This program is designed for fixed asset purchases for real estate and equipment.   The primary advantage of 504 financing is that loan amounts of up to $5,000,000 are available with terms of up to 20 years.

CapLines   (Lines of Credit)
This program provides working capital lines of credit.  Financing can be used for normal fluctuations in business cash flows, seasonal needs, specific contract financing and builder lines.  Loan amounts of up to $2,000,000 with terms of up to 5 years are available.

Export Financing   (EWCP and International Trade Loans)
This program provides working capital lines of credit where the finished product will be exported.  Financing can be for inventory purchases and working capital needed to produce the export product or to finance the facilities and equipment used to manufacture the product.  Loan amounts of up to $2,000,000 with terms of up to 25 years are available.
