B&I Loans (Business Loans in Rural Areas)
Business and Industrial (B&I) loans are available through Centinel's affiliated banks for business purposes.  Loans are guaranteed by the Rural Economic Community Development Agency (RECD), an agency of the U. S. Department of Agriculture.  Loans may be used for any of the following purposes:

Purchase Land
Construct Improvements
Purchase Equipment
Purchase Inventory
Working Capital

Loans of up to $10,000,000 with terms of up to 30 years are available.
